Refund policy

ALL PRE-ORDERS, PERMANENT SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES AND BASICS (LEGGINGS, TANK TOPS, ETC) ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Temporary sales, such as flash sales and occasionally-issued discount codes under 25% off, may be eligible for return at the discretion of Peace & Love Boutique. 

However, when discount codes are used on clothing already marked as sale items, the items MAY NOT be returned.

 

RETURN POLICY UPDATE

We offer shop credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, or washed) and have all original tags/labels attached. 

Shop credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece(s) returned excluding the original shipping cost.

Please note any return item received by us outside of the 14-day return policy will not be accepted

HOW DO I RETURN?

Simply email peaceandloveboutique86@gmail.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorization (RA) and provide you with the full address to ship your return. We recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery. 

If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange or return.

CANCELLED ORDERS

Orders may NOT be modified/cancelled once the order has been processed.

If you ordered the wrong item by accident, please email IMMEDIATELY to peaceandloveboutique86@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it.
